This is a union authorization card. And it is power.

It's the power of three thousand graduate student workers who will no longer play a rigged game. It's the power of three thousand graduate student workers who demand a say in their own working conditions. It's the power of three thousand graduate student workers who are ready to speak with one voice.

That power doesn't come from the State of Missouri. It doesn't come from the University administration. It doesn't even come from our friends at the NEA. It comes from us, the graduate workers who stand together in the name of a better future. When we are united, there is nothing we can't accomplish.

There are three thousand of these cards, and one of them is waiting for you.
