The gestation period for ALEC's baby, Paycheck Deception, isn't known yet, but progress toward it's birth is moving ahead. Mother ALEC must be so proud that this idea, born in corporate boardrooms has such a good chance of a successful birth in Missouri. 1. PAYCHECK DECEPTION ON DECK IN THE SENATE. So-called Right to Work and Paycheck Protection bills have had hearings in committee already this year, but none has made it to the House or Senate floor. That may change this week in the Senate.
