Anti-Union Organizing bill passes Senate Committee

The Missouri Senate Small Business Committee voted SJR 40 (Jack Goodman) Do Pass on February 16. This is the bill that makes it illegal for an employer to voluntarily recognize a union, requiring an election regardless of the circumstances. (see Feb. 12 post for more information).
