Let's hope the district comes to realize that collaborative negotiations are best for everyone, district, teachers, community and students.

The parties involved in collective bargaining
processes in Columbia Public Schools agree that last year, the first
year collective bargaining took place, was a learning experience. But
they don't all agree on how it should change this year.
